These are real reports generated from real athletes’ data — resting heart rate, sleep, HRV, running pace, VO2Max, daily steps and stress, across whatever time window is most useful.
Each report covers a specific period. That’s deliberate. Comparing a single month against a full year, or one quarter against the next, is often where the interesting patterns emerge — a training block that lifted VO2Max, a life event that tanked HRV, a sleep trend that explains a bad racing month.
The system is in active development and nearing a release date. What you see here is functional demo, which includes an AI interpretation layer that turns the charts into plain-English coaching observations.
The aim – soon – is to have these reports personalised, and auto-generated regularly for subscribers.
